test prep

the word that I was focusing on was metonomy this youtube video I found really explains both metonomy and synecdoche. the voice quailty isnt the greates but if you listen closely I found it to be very helpful relating to things in my life today such as music and movies.

true or false when the book uses the example "I knew him in his cradle" this is a metonomy  for saying " Iknew him when he was young."

  1. I love that people take the time to create these videos. They are very helpful when they relate it to things we're familiar with, as you said- music and movies.
